Refund Policy Terms
The following Terms are entered into by and between You and Thier Productions Inc (“Company”, “we”, or “us”).

PAYMENT PLANS
Please read the MONEY BACK GUARANTEE section below for specific refund requirements for each of our programs.
If you don’t fulfill the refund requirements and request a refund within 30 days of enrollment, you agree to complete your payment plan in full, regardless of any reason for withdrawing from the program.
Should you default on your payments, you will not be allowed to enroll in any other programs until your existing payment plans are completed.
The Company offers payment plans of different lengths to make the courses and programs accessible to you. You must not misconstrue this as being a membership or a subscription that you can cancel any time.
Money Back Guarantee
Enrollment in certain of the Company’s products and services, including but not limited to The Film Directing Suite, Write Your Best Screenplays, Producing Indie Films, Exposure 10X, and Film Editing Made Simple, is not a subscription or membership.
You have the option to purchase the product or service with a one-time payment or with a monthly payment plan.
With respect to any purchase, you must request your money back within 30 days of the purchase by emailing a request in writing to [email protected].
That email must contain name of the product, and include the name and email associated with the purchase.
You will also need to demonstrate that you have attempted to implement the program, and that you have not consumed more than the allowed portion of the program, by adhering to the following guidelines:
The Film Directing Suite:
You must complete at least 3 modules, but not more than half, of either of the courses in the suite. Courses in the suite include Directing the Camera and Directing Actors. If your enrollment included the course Film Editing Made Simple as a bonus, you also must not complete more than half of this course in order to be eligible for a refund. Submit your request for a full refund within 30 days of enrollment.
If your enrollment included a bonus private coaching / consulting sessions with an IFS coach, attending a private session voids the guarantee.
Write Your Best Screenplays:
You must complete at least 1 module, but not more than half of the course. If your enrollment included the course Exposure 10X as a bonus, you also must not complete more than half of this course in order to be eligible for a refund. Submit your request for a full refund within 30 days of enrollment.
If your enrollment included a bonus private coaching / consulting sessions with an IFS coach, attending a private session voids the guarantee.
Producing Indie Films:
You must complete at least 20%, but not more than half, of either of the courses in the program. Courses in the program include Producing Indie Films and Physical Production. If your enrollment included the course Stuck to Thriving: Building Careers in Creative Fields as a bonus, you also must not complete more than half of this course in order to be eligible for a refund. Submit your request for a full refund within 30 days of enrollment.
If your enrollment included a bonus private coaching / consulting sessions with an IFS coach, attending a private session voids the guarantee.
EXPOSURE 10X:
You must complete at least 1 module, but not more than half of the course. Submit your request for a full refund within 30 days of enrollment.
FILM EDITING MADE SIMPLE:
You must complete at least 3 units, but not more than half of the course. Submit your request for a full refund within 14 days of enrollment.
If you received this course as a bonus with any other program, defer to that program’s money back policy.
Stuck to Thriving: Building Careers in Creative Fields:
You must complete at least 1 module, but not more than half of the course. Submit your request for a full refund within 30 days of enrollment.
If you received this course as a bonus with any other program, defer to that program’s money back policy
Other Programs or offers:
Any other programs or products offered aren’t covered by our money back guarantee and all sales are final. This includes but is not limited to The Year-Long IFS Mentorship Program, The 6-Day Challenge, membership in the IFS Studio, and any other program not named above.
Upon determining that you are entitled to a refund pursuant to this policy, the Company will promptly issue an instruction to its payment processor to issue the refund. The Company does not control its payment processor and will not be able to expedite any refunds.
If you receive a refund of any purchase through this money-back guarantee, that shall immediately terminate any and all licenses granted you to use the material provided to you under our Terms of Use or any other agreement. You shall immediately cease using the material and shall destroy all copies of the information provided to you.
